Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about teaching, payments, and how your students get access.
Every course gets a unique shareable link (for example, teacheverywhere.com.ng/c/your-course). Send it anywhere — WhatsApp, Instagram, email, or a QR code at an event. Students open the link and enroll in seconds.
No. Students enroll with just their name and email — no passwords, no sign-ups, no friction. After you approve them, they can resume their progress any time using the same link and email.
You collect payments directly from your students however you already do — bank transfer, mobile money, or your own checkout. TeachEverywhere never takes a cut of your course earnings. Your subscription only covers the platform tools.
The Free plan lets you publish up to 3 courses with 20 total students and text-only lessons, plus quizzes and basic progress tracking. It is perfect for testing the platform or teaching a small group.
Yes — video lessons are available on the Pro plan and above. Pro includes 2 GB of video storage and Premium includes 5 GB. Free-plan courses are text-only.
When a student requests access through your link, they land in a pending queue. You review each request and approve or reject it, so you stay in control of exactly who enters your course.
Optionally. Every course can have a seat cap you control, which is ideal when you sell a fixed number of seats or run a cohort — leave it unset and there is no per-course cap. Either way, your plan sets an overall student limit across all your courses and you approve every enrollment.
Your existing courses and student progress are always preserved. However, features tied to the higher plan (such as video lessons or publishing beyond your limit) become read-only until you upgrade again or remove content to fit your plan.
Absolutely. You can cancel with one click from your subscription page. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and your content remains intact.
